Dear Uma,

I retired on July 10/11. For a goodmonth, I relaxed in chat without feeling like I had to do anything.However, a about two weeks a go Np3000 became leader after Wgfv retired. I felt compelled to rejoin Uma. Kindly, Np made me Uma leader, but the excitement I had was short lived. Soon thereafter, a series of overthrowing began. Each one was caused by various former high ranked uma members. In each one of these leadership changes, I was offered leader or 2nd in command. However, the next very day, there was another leadership takover and the process was started anew. Finally, Np3000 finally gained permanent control to the site. That just occurred today. This leadership change will hopefully be the last one of the 7 overthrows in the past week and a half. Although many disagree with Np3000 leading us, I have to say he has potential. He does get on my nerves through his various mistakes. However, he has improved a lot since I first met him. To those of you who want to overthrow him, I sincerely ask that you give him a chance. All overthrowing Np is going to do is destroy an already destroyed army: Uma. I’m not going to be like every other leader who has rejoined uma and say “this is going to be a rise for us”. It is up to you for this army to rise. Not me. I am only here to represent what we all here stand for: and army more powerful than us, a nation more important than us, and a symbol of loyalty with more meaning than us. Uma will not rise without you, and do not let any other leader tell you otherwise. I am not a superstar leader like Wgfv, Pink Mafias, or Trickster; but our goal is the same. We all want Uma to succeed. Throughout my 2 years of being in Uma, I have seen many techniques of leading this legendary army. I have seen what fails, and what doesn’t fail. An old friend of mine once found a picture of pink mafias giving his trick on how to make this army huge to mpenguin. It was very simple. We have to have events every day. If the other leaders agree with me, I want to have 2 unschueduled cp sessions every day. I don’t care if it is recruiting, tactic practicing, or raiding. This army will only succeed with us staying active on club penguin. Because of our red uniform, we can easily get recruits by making us a “red team.” The next way we are going to get active again is by having rules on chat until we become the top 5 army. I hope this will make us work had for something. And the more you comply with going on club penguin, the quicker the rules will disappear. Its Neo-Power Time!.

Pie has had his chance to do something. For a week now we have done nothing but grow weaker.  So now I’m overthrowing you. If you have not notice yet I have complete control of the site. First things first Uma is staying Communist and you think Uma fell because it WAS communist. We were great under the Wg regime. It’s not what we our nation is, it’s the army itself. All of the Ranks will be changed very soon. I am offering Wg to be the new Premier. All ranks are to be cleared, chat reset and an active count to begin. It’s time to put our army back together, to take back what is ours. People see us as a dead broken down army, are they right? It’s time to shape up, no more reckless owners, no more coups. This is the new regime. The new order. The New UMA. It’s our time.

Alright so basically here are my tips on how UMA can really get on a rise. To do this though you gotta work. Yeah that nasty w word, you gotta do it. Once you get in the habit of working harder than usual you will definitely rise quickly.  Here are my ideas that UMA needs to start doing.

Getting on CP every day at a certain time on a certain server.

This is VERY important, I mean look at SWAT, they are always on and always have around 5-10 people on the server. If they got a leader who was very experienced and knew what they were doing they could rise easily. With Nachos I did this so much on Fjord that civilians immediately knew it was us when this saw us and joined. Once civilians notice you there alot they join in. A good server to use is Mammoth. Mammoth is owned by ACP but they will let anyone use it. Even if Mammoth is dead you can still find SWAT or ACP or any other armies n00bs there to practice battle with. Also, get on everyday at a certain time such as 6 EST for example. This may not necessarily be the time, but its an example(the leaders will pick the times to get on).

Having a certain room you go in on the server

I know this sounds retarded but it really helps. It’s kind of similar to a base. I thought about bringing this up for all armies if they all started using 2-3 servers but that never happened. Since this army is the Underground Mafia Army why not make your base underground. Why not the Boiler Room, or the Pool? If we got big enough, maybe even has a constant patrol of 10-15 people on the underground. I’m pretty sure that when UMA was around back in 06-07 this is what they did.

Have fun

Yeah pretty self explanatory. HAVE FUN! This is what armies today are missing, fun. Today, armies all are just bitching about their position in the Top 10 instead of just doing what armies were made for which is having fun. I know for a fact that back when armies were fun and there was no top 10 armies PROVED themselves as the top dog. They battled each other constantly and whoever won that day was at the top. Also on another note on having fun, this may sound corny but do things besides fighting at all. “Rob” the pizza parlor/coffee shop, “Steal” people’s coins, Stuff like that is what draws attention. People will be hesitant at first but more will start realizing how cool it is and start joining. I know for a fact that when Black Bandits were big that’s all they did. They either robbed places or did bad things since they were “Bandits”. Well since UMA is a “Mafia” why don’t you act like one? Do things a mafia would do(Don’t shoot people and get banned ).

New Uniform

Before you start saying “ZOMG TAN Y WE GONA CHANJ ZHE UNIPHORM?!?!?!?” think about it. The UMA uniform is very old. Let me show you a picture example.

Now these days hardly anyone has those items. I just went searching through recent released things on CP and got this uniform.

I know my cropping or whatever the hell you wanna call it sucks. I don’t do graphics . Remember this is not necessarily the uniform, it’s just an idea.

Rebellion/Overthrows

I have noticed this ALOT in UMA. Rebellions are the WORST thing you can possibly do to an army(Excluding some circumstances). Did you know that when there’s a rebellion it usually ends up having 30-40% of the army quit? Yeah so your basically making maybe 20 people leave the army. Most rebellions I see in armies these days are caused because people are power-hungry and/or greedy. People want to be the one that gets to be legend status. Let me tell you straight up that if you get leader through rebellion, 99% of the time the other person will rebel back on you and your plan fails. I rebelled once. Worst decision of my life. I was a temp leader and lost all I had worked for. I lost my rank,owner,admin,and above all respect. So yeah don’t rebel.

Daily Patrol

I started this up with Nachos back in January I think and it was very successful. We set up a “Patrol” page and troops went there and patrolled at least 1 Nacho server a day(the server was chosen for that week) and they would leave a daily report of what they saw. Usually we patrolled Fjord and surprisingly found at least 3-4 ACP n00bs there. Patrol also helps recruiting matters because if a mini skirmish breaks out odds are the patrollers will be bigger and they will attract more people to help them. Let me note that after we started patrol we were getting around 10 recruits a day unlike the usual 5 at most we were getting before. I suggest the leaders set up a patrol page.

This is basically some of my ideas for the rise of UMA to former power. UMA has the potential to do it you just need to work for it. I hope these tips help you. Remember that I am not leader. I will come help in battles from time to time when I can but that is very rare.
